Product Description

What does the therapeutic and recreational use of cannabis mean for your workplace?

Drug use, like other impairment sources such as fatigue, life events, and alcohol consumption, can impact behaviour and the ability to perform job tasks safely. To reduce this impact, workplaces should have appropriate mechanisms in place, provide clear guidance to all parties, and apply policies and programs fairly and consistently.

This handout outlines the symptoms of impairment, the elements of an impairment policy, and the roles of employers, supervisors, and workers.

These 5-page accordion-fold handouts are printed double-sided, with English on one side and French on the other. Note that a minimum order of 10 handouts is required.
